Our Leadership Lab Workshops are not lectures. They are intensive, experiential learning environments rooted in high-level organization psychology designed to increase your emotional intelligence and expand your own awareness as a leader.

Our monthly Growth Group Stretches are a space to expand, to learn, share knowledge and practice the art of being a connector.

Maximum of 12 members per group, all from a variety of industries and experience levels.

Each group meets once a month, in person for an hour and a half for a structured forum designed to leave you energized.
