This workshop is NOT just for HR Professionals... Our philosophy is that EVERYTHING is an "interview."


Approaching every interaction with questions like: "Would I hire the behavior I just witnessed?" can be a paradigm shifting and game changing mentality as a leader.


Whether you are in sales "interviewing" prospective clients and partners, the owner of a small business actively growing your team or the hiring manager of a larger company, this workshop is for you.  If your company already has a hiring and interviewing system, great! We won't be role playing any hypothetical scenarios or teaching any hiring or interviewing hacks... Be ready to roll up your sleeves and dive off the deep end into the pool of experiential group learning.

Over two immersive 5-hour sessions, held in person on consecutive days, actual peer to peer interviews will be conducted, recorded and dissected in real time to provide in the moment feedback  that will enhance your interviewing skills (both as an interviewer and and as an interviewee) and improve your hiring process. Think of it like an athlete watching film as he or she works on perfecting their craft.
