HOW TO JOIN THE COMMUNITY

Apply

Tell us who you are, how you lead, and why relationships matter to you. There are no right answers — only honest ones. We read every application personally.

Interview

We take this seriously and we want you to as well. This is a real conversation about who you are, how you show up for the people around you and whether SIX° is the right fit for where you are right now. It goes both ways.

Welcome

You're in. You'll be introduced to the community, placed in your Growth Group, and welcomed by people who have been where you are and are genuinely invested in where you're going.

Onboarding

We set the foundation together. You'll learn how SIX° works, what the standard looks like in practice, and how to show up fully from day one.
